Frequently Asked Questions about Parade

Currently our enthusiastic and dedicated Parade Team is hard at work finalizing the hundreds of details for July! The “Lake of the Ozarks” Registration Guide will be available for download on the Parade Website (look under the “Registration” tab) the last week of March and will include important items (additional fees for banquets and events, tours, etc.) you will want to know prior to registering for Parade Registration Phase 2 (Banquets/Events) on Monday, April 02, 2018.

Be sure to continue to check the Parade Website periodically for updates as more information becomes available.

What does the Parade "Entrant" fee cover?

The entry fee ($200) covers the “entrant” and “co-entrant” (there is an additional fee for children, JPP, CAFP and Adult Guests). This fee helps to defray costs for general overhead, on-site/off-site/venue rental fees, signage, audiovisual equipment, name badges, Parade Bag (includes a collectible pin and patch), car entrant numbers, printed materials, security, car wash areas, bottled water at various venues and trophies! It also helps with the costs of Hospitality (offers beverages and light snacks during Parade Week), the Ice Cream Social, Seminars (Autocross Chalk Talk, Rally School, Parade 101, Concours), Tech Academy, Art Show, Radio Controlled Car events, Welcome Tent and some Parade Kid activities.

Additional fees apply for Banquets and selected other events.

How does a PCA member reserve lodging?

Once an entrant completes the online registration process and checks out (pays with a credit card), they receive an immediate email to their inbox letting them know the process is complete. It contains their unique Parade Entrant Number, hotel entrant code and a link (all are needed to be able to reserve lodging for Parade Week).

How much time should be allotted to the “Check-In” process on
July 8?

Each entrant/co-entrant/CAFP/JPP/child/adult guest must provide picture ID and sign a PCA Waiver prior to receiving their Parade credentials and Check-In packet. You will then be able to circulate through the room to check-in with the events you have pre-registered for during Parade Week. The competitive events, tours and banquets (if you preferred to choose your table for Concours or Victory Banquets) usually take a little more time. Once completed, you turn in your completed “Registration Checklist” to receive your Parade Bag.

During the week “Late Check-In” is available Monday through Friday only (hours become more limited as the week progresses). Especially early in the week this process can be time consuming as well— please plan accordingly!

What Parade Week events are “open” to the public?

The Concours d’Elegance is available to all who wish to view the spectacular offering of judged, non- judged and historic Porsches.

If you are a PCA member and have not registered for Parade, bring your PCA membership card for a one-time admittance to the Parade Store for unique and special Lake of the Ozarks Porsche Parade merchandise.

All other Parade Week areas and events require online pre-registration prior to June 10, 2018 along with displaying issued Parade credentials received during Parade Check-In.
